Style Sheet Changes

Just a heads up, I noticed while poking through the server error logs that there was a bad image request happening fairly frequently for the folks using the black theme, so I did some digging and found out where the error was, as well as some embedded style sheet code that shouldn't be there. I've cleaned it all out, so if there's any problems as a result, please let me know in this thread.
