hehe I used to play all those old Koei games on my NES back in the day. My favorite was set in WW2 in the pacific. But I think I was much better at Nubunga's Ambition than any of the others. I could win that one. Those games were huge! I rented everything and Id have to re rent those games 2 or 3 times to be able to play or finish them.

Good game, with some flaws. Very heavy on the micromanagement, and only one map/campaign. The only difference in the scenarios is the starting locations and strength of the factions. As a result, not a lot of replay value. Then again, it's only $20. Steam might have it, but I know for sure you can get it off Direct2Drive. I don't know of any other sources.

At first I thought TA Kingdoms but then I noticed the graphics more and I think I know what it is I just cant think of it. Its the one with the steampunk'ish setting and the airships and such IIRC.
