Sigh. I guess I'll join again, although I seem to be getting worse each year, which, probably not coincidentally, coincides with me getting busier each year. Picking games was much easier when I could spend hours killing time on the internet while at work. Send me you address, Zaxxon, and I'll get a check out this week. Thanks.

:horse: indeed.

JC, if you mean submitted payment, yes you did. If you meant picks, I haven't received anything yet.

Theo wins the award for first tiebreaker submission (0 pts), and WHEAATTONN!! wins fist pick submission award (0 pts). Congrats!

And yes, don't forget that kickoff is THURSDAY. Aim to have your picks in on WEDNESDAY to minimize chance of issues.

Received Jiffy's payments this AM, and Isgrimnur and Remus's checks yesterday.

List of unpaids by my count is currently:

Kurth
Skinypupy
Teflon Rich
Ricky
Big Jake

We're up to 36 entries, including 3 Ironmen. Still room for a few more if any lurkers are interested.

Quick update: We're up to 42 entries! The non-paid list and my understanding of status is down to:

Big Jake (check on way hopefully to arrive today)
Grievous Angel (PP coming today)
Kurth (?)
Ricky (Check on way)
Teflon Rich (Check on way)
Teflon Rich IM (Check on way)

Anyone who has been sitting on the sidelines, now is the time to join; this is the largest # of players we've had. Also if anyone has an itch to add an Ironman entry to get in on the friendly wager between Jiffy & Co, we've only got 4 Ironman entries--your odds are decent! Still time to tack that on via PP.

I sent out a reminder email yesterday regarding tomorrow's start of week one and tie-breakers; if you didn't receive it, please let me know via PM.

I am pixilated.
"All I can ever think of when I see BBT is, "that guy f***ed Angelina Jolie? Seriously?" Then I wonder if Angelina ever wakes up in the middle of the night to find Brad Pitt in the shower, huddled in a corner furiously scrubbing at his d*** and going, 'I can't get the smell of Billy Bob off of this thing.' Then I try to think of something, anything, else." --Brian

So I wasn't the only one who locked the Saints....

Still can't believe how many mediots were picking the Vikings to win after all the crap coming out of Minnesota about how they were going to "get Drew Brees" and treat him like the Saints treated Favre in the NFC Championship game. They weren't thinking about winning a football game - which is bad. Even if the Saints only won by 5.... the Vikings still rarely got near Brees at all. So much for them getting their revenge for Brett.

Ironman wise.....5 this time!

Well, we could always just do $10. I told JC last year if I won and the ticket was over $1000 or something I would split it with him.

If someone from California is in the Ironman and I lose and send them a winning ticket, they can mail it back to me and will cash it in
and send them a check for the winnings.

I'd like to set something up before the weekend. My Ironman is already losing!

What do you think JC Anejo?

Dang. I should have done the ironman. That sounds like a fun incentive. Is it possible to join if I use my week 1 picks and get the rest of the picks in before this weekends games (he asks having picked right the first game)

That works for me. If anyone has a problem with it, then you can submit an ironman but take a loss for game 1. But I'm OK with giving you game 1 if everyone else is.
