That show has had some really REALLY dumb answers over the years. Not always from dumb people. Just the heat of the moment catches them. Then again it has had dumb people too.
In 2020, you went to war with the TP you had, not the TP you wished to have.

Our residential rate is $9.95/$1,000. Commercial rate is $21.84. We have a lot of retail doing the heavy lifting.

I've still got 48 rolls from a 50 roll case of Industrial TP that I scored off Amazon at 4:00 AM back when that's all you could cop.
Now? 6 or 8 cases deep of that good Cottonelle...

I've finally started in on my TP/paper towel hoard. I'm bringing it down to one of each kept back.

DPRK News Service is a satire account run by one of us...although I don't think he's posted here in a very long time.

Didn't it used to be Tareeq?
I think the DPRK NS project passed to someone else recently, but I can't remember where I heard this.

But a pastie is a pastry. They're just covering their bases. Now anything can go in that spot.

There is a little shred of the Wright Flyer on Mars right now, and a robot just made the first flight there.

In the more technological age we are in now, it is harder to get blown away in advances. Just like seeing Star Wars for the first time and being in awe seeing the Star Destroyer appear on screen at the start, is there any defining moment in movies now that could ever match that feeling? Probably not until we develop holodeck movies. Landing on the moon was awesome, everything since seems to pale in comparison although some of the advances may have been more difficult to achieve.

A lot of our most important advances are invisible precisely because they're so pervasive.
We use a network of space satellites just to find an unfamiliar address across town. We survive diseases that would have been death sentences just a few decades ago. We carry pocket computers that could run the Cold War's entire electronic infrastructure and still have room for Tik-Tok.
