Suspicious Embedded Link

My corporate site is blocking 3rd page of RIMWORLD thread for some sort of suspicious link at the following location:
Can't see the location you posted but a quick once over shows me it's either the reddit link or something in someone's Sig.
It's probably a questionable ad at reddit that is causing the problem.
At a guess.
