And YK. YK is a fellow fan of that cult classic. I believe we both own it on Blu Ray.*
*Brian may as well. He's also weird like YK and I. At the very least, he's a fan too.

For years, my old college housemates and I would greet each other with “What’ya gonna do with those pies…boys”.
Also, the soundtrack by the Dickies (the lesser American version of the Buzzcocks) is a classic.

Correct. I actually own it on DVD and Blu-ray.hepcat wrote:And YK. YK is a fellow fan of that cult classic. I believe we both own it on Blu Ray.*
This could be fun. I'm currently playing the ARMY OF DARKNESS game with a group of friends who I played the FRIDAY THE 13TH game with, and we're having a blast. For those who did try Friday the 13th and didn't like it, ARMY OF DARKNESS is a much superior game. Deeper mechanics, deeper upgrade system, and MUCH higher polish.
I'm not a fan of asymmetrical games in general, but they can be a lot of fun if you have the right group.

I saw the thread clicked on that first video and was slightly disappointed that the music wasn't that classic 3-ring circus inspired guitar riff.

"asymmetric"? Are these the 4 vs 1 games? Or something else?

Re: Killer Klowns from Outer Space
That's correct. Think 'Dead by Daylight' type mechanics generally but Friday the 13th had updates to the formula that expanded the scope. It's not as claustrophobic IMO for instance.

Re: Killer Klowns from Outer Space
Who could have imagined back in the 80s that this would become a PC game?

Re: Killer Klowns from Outer Space
Please don't compare the cult classic Killer Klowns from Outer Space to such drivel. KKfOS is the GODDAMN CITIZEN KANE of alien clown movies!

It does kinda feel like it was long overdue for a video game treatment.

Re: Killer Klowns from Outer Space
Actually it was a bit of a compliment. If The Noid can get video game treatment, it's way past time for Killer Klowns. edit: what Smoove said.

Re: Killer Klowns from Outer Space
There's been some talk over the years that Scorsese's Goodfellas was a direct rip off of Killer Klowns from Outer Space. They do share a lot of similarities, you have to admit. For one thing, it came after KKfOS.
