Black theme sticky icons
Kratz brought this up in a thread most likely just beneath this one, that the icons for sticky posts seem reversed from what they should be. I'm happy to change it, but I figure I'd let the community decide which way it should be.
Here's the icons:

Half empty or half full? The greyed out to me looks like it has something in it, hence new content. The other one looks empty.Kratz wrote:Well... they are opposite of the rest of the black theme icons - greyed out means no new posts as it is, which seems confusing against the rest (I always think the 'Artists Wanted' thread has new posts, but it never does...)
Vote option 2!
But like I said, I'm on Subsilver. I have no sympathy for black theme woes.

If you use subsilver, enable the black theme to see how it looks on the actual metaforum page... that's where the difference is so evident since the other icons are colored for new, greyed for old.
Anyway... didn't think it was really something requiring a vote - just looked like they were switched.

But I *never* get to do a poll. <stomps feet>Kratz wrote:Anyway... didn't think it was really something requiring a vote - just looked like they were switched.
Actually, like I said, I have no problem switching them around, but I want to make sure the folks using the theme really want that as it may be a bit disorienting to those folks used to the current pattern.
Besides, it's been a while since I got to blow an issue out of proportion. Wanted to make sure I remembered how.

Only problem with your example is it's not generally the way the icons appear. Most of the time you're going to see a single vertical row with one type at the top, then the next set at the bottom. It's more like:Grundbegriff wrote:Which one looks like a field of important things surrounding a feeble thing?

Or, more realistically

I've noticed. It wasn't so much an example as a test to determine whether one of the versions was marginally more stickouty than the other.Gedd wrote:Only problem with your example is it's not generally the way the icons appear.
